Orders&shipping
All orders placed before 5pm are aimed to be posted out same day, any after will be the day after. We use Royal Mail as our chosen delivery service, if you prefer another please let us know in your order. Standard & Next Day delivery are available.
Refunds.
If you are unhappy with your order / your order is damaged please get in touch and raise the issue and we will get this sorted for you. If your order is damaged we will require a photo from you and if we believe this is no fault from the customer we will process a refund or send a replacement product as soon as possible.
If the order isn't what you expect and the result you doesnt have a similarity to any we share please remember not everyone will react to the product the same, each skin type is different and people react different to UV and sunlight. If you stick to the course and use correctly you will see a difference with these products, but please don't hesitate to message us!
If we believe the product is still usable but you're unhappy we would need proof of return (charge would be returned with refund) and we will process this immediately for you.
Please keep in mind once we ship your order we aren't in control, we will provide a tracking number if suitable and stay in contact until your order arrives. Keep in mind delivery companies sometimes have depot issues and this may cause your package to delay a few days but please keep and eye out in your emails as we send you an email as soon as your order is shipped!
